SPONSORS and SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

As we all know and understand, it is always an unbelievable help to a race team professional or amateur to have additional financial help.  This is where sponsors come in.  There are many different types of sponsors and sponsorships and this space is dedicated to those that have helped.  They range from companies offering money and services as well as facilites to individuals that offer whatever advice or manual labor that can be donated/volunteered.  The following are very important companies and people who have helped us out.

If there are any questions or you need to contact us here at WCR:  Twalrich@wolfcreekracing.com

Multiline Technology:
400 Broadhollow Road
Farmingdale, NY 11735
516-249-8300

Multiline Technology is the company that I work for.  It is run by Michael Angelo - President, his brother,  David Angelo - Vice-President and Don Alzmann ,the General Manager.  We manufacture Leading Edge technology computerized equipment that is used in the Printed Circuit Board Industry.  We are an engineering and manufacturing company of 150 people.  I am Regional Sales Manager and have been at this company since 1982.  I have held several positions here including Manufacturing Engineer, Technical Services Manager, and Applications Sales Engineer.  I have to say a special Thanks to Michael and David who both share a sense of adventure and interest in their personnel.  They have helped me immensely over the years and truly make me feel like family in this organization.  Don was a guiding force in the early years especially since I worked for him first.  He also understands the drive behind a person both professionally and personally.  He has always allowed and encouraged a little bit of extra-curricular activity in the shop as long as it wasn't during direct working hours and never pre-empted any business job.  Don has always maintained that the important "Government Jobs" had a particular pecking order;  Boat Stuff, Fishing Stuff, and Car Stuff.  Oh well, what do you expect on Long Island surrounded by water!??!

Performance Specialties:
44 Old State Road
Unit #40
New Milford, CT 06776
860-355-1829

Vinny Bedini has given freely of his time and understanding of Datsuns, racing, car preparation, engine preparation and general advice for our efforts.  Sadly, Todd and Vinny both share the same affliction.......Old Datsuns!  This is what keeps these two going and they have endless conversations about Datsuns, 510's specifically, and how to make them better, faster and what the next "trick" modification will be.  These two have cooked up some pretty nifty mods and it shows on both the race cars and street cars they play with.  Vinny works on all sorts of cars but his specialty is Datsun/Nissan automobilia and 510's and Z-cars are his artform.  Performance mods and parts are key.

Nassau Foreign Auto Parts:
276 Post Avenue
Westbury, NY 11590
516-333-6969

Frank and Stan are partners in this small business on Post Avenue in Westbury, NY.  They serve the foreign car trade exclusively and really know what they are doing when it comes to parts.  They give freely of their time and resources to help out WCR and understand that when they see Todd coming, it's probably going to be a very interesting conversation.  They know better than to ask "What Make, Model, and Year"  It's always Potluck!
Thanks guys, I really appreciate your understanding and patience.

Sign-A-Rama:
Hempstead Turnpike
Hempstead, NY
516-565-4456

Jack Early owns this Sign-a-Rama franchise and he and his people have helped out alot with graphics for both the car and trailer.  They even spent untold hours figuring out how to do multiple overlay graphics in different colors to help us out for other sponsors.  Rosie Hoerner manages this business for Jack and she really does it right.  Not only is she a perfectionist, she really is an artist as well.  She has done a great job for us.   Thanks to both Jack and Rosie.

Stonebridge Sports and Classics :
186 Grassy Plain Street (Route 53)
Bethel, CT 06801
203-744--1120/203-744-3357

Mike Agnifilo and Steve Mastroianni are partners in this operation in Bethel, Ct.  They have an extremely unique and interesting shop.  They can do it all here and do!  Especially for their well-heeled clientle.  They work on and restore everything from Willy's Jeeps to extremely expensive and rare Ferraris.  Both Mike and Steve vintage race.  Steve has a Lotus 23B racer and Mike runs an immaculately prepared Datsun 510 (what else!).  They both also help us out with lots of advice and favors, especially when it comes to aluminum Tig Welding.  Mike comes by his racing very honestly since he started out in Formula Fords and worked his way all the way up to Formula Atlantics.  He also has been a race driving instructor for many years and calls Lime Rock his home track.  Oddly enough, Mike and I met at Summit Point, West Virginia just before I bought the GT4 car.  He was having some head gasket problems on the 510 and I happened by and introduced myself.  I did little more than help put the head back on but he went out and won his race the next day.  This was the Blue-Grey Challenge in 1997.  He won it again in 1999.  I bet they hate to see him coming!

Ted Walrich and Illini Enterprises:

This is my Dad, the Gran Pere of the Walrich clan.  He gets a special thanks because he and my mother, Peg, have always been there through thick and thin.  They have always showed up to a race to help out and spectate, whether it was a ProRally in the deep woods of Quebec or at the track in the rain, they've always been there.  Mom is ever the diligent mother.  Who else but my family would have baked lasagna on Saturday night at the track for dinner?!?!  Of course this is just before we watch pay-per-view on the satellite dish in their motorhome.  Dad is also responsible for building both of my trailers over the years.  The first was a 16 foot flat bed that did about 25,000 miles service and the second is the USS Nimitz, spoken about on the Estrogen page.  This is a 24 foot enclosed box trailer, and yes, it's barely big enough for all my stuff.  He does wonderful work and is extremely professional and exacting in his construction, even if it is a little on the hefty side!  I pity the vehicle that ever runs into this trailer.
